Support Terms & Conditions

The below form constitutes an agreement between IWS and Affiliate to enter into a support agreement on this day (day form is received electronically by IWS).  For the below noted compensation paid by the Affiliate and for the below noted duration beginning with the day this form is received electronically by IWS, IWS will provide Affiliate with Waste Consulting support services in conjunction with the training package purchased by Affiliate from IWS.

Support will only be provided to valid IWS affiliates and their employees that have paid in advance for support. Support will not be given to third party individuals under any circumstances.

All information provided by IWS is copyrighted and proprietary information for the sole use of the affiliate and his or her employees.  Materials and information provided in the training programs or as part of phone or email support may not be sold, transferred, copied, or disseminated in any form to any other party.  Materials and information are supplied for use by affiliate only.

All support plans require full payment in advance.  Payment must be verified before support will be given.

There are no refunds for unused phone or email support.

Monthly support continues for 30 days from the date of support purchase.

Semiannual support continues for six months from the date of support purchase.

Try Before You Buy telephone support continues until the expiration of the 90-day trial period.  Affiliate has the option of purchasing additional support at any time after the affiliate fee is paid in full.

Upgrades from email support to phone support are available.  Contact us at support@wastetraining.com or by completing the question/comment form on the Contact Us page.  Rates subject to change without notice.

Support hours are from 8:30 am through 5:00 pm PST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.   IWS will make every attempt to respond to phone and email support questions in a timely manner.  Due to the high volume of calls as a result of the Try Before You Buy promotion, IWS staff may be assisting other affiliates.  Please be patient and your request will be answered in the order it was received.

This agreement contains the entire understanding between IWS and Affiliate.

This agreement may be amended only in writing by approval of both IWS and Affiliate.

In the event that any provision of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the provision shall be reworked to be enforceable and the balance of the agreement will remain in force.

All information exchanged and the terms of this agreement will be held completely confidential by both parties.
